Technical requirements

To take part in the online seminar and the online exam, you need a functioning PC or notebook with speakers, camera and microphone. Participation with a tablet PC or cell phone is not possible due to the online examination.

Training documents in various languages

The training documents are available in different languages. Select the desired language for your documents (and the exam) in the booking form. You will receive the participant documents (PDF) in advance with the booking confirmation.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Online Schulung erhält der Teilnehmer die Teilnehmerzertifikat

Certificate

Each participant receives a certificate as proof of qualification after passing the test. If a participant does not pass the test, an oral re-test will take place directly after the seminar.

The certificate will be sent to the participants by e-mail after the seminar.

Information for the participants

The language of instruction is German. Participants should therefore be able to understand the training content as well as the verbal explanations of the trainer and instructions of the technical support as far as possible.
