Technical Requirements

To participate in the online seminar and the online exam, you will need a fully functional PC or laptop equipped with speakers, a camera, and a microphone. Participation via a tablet or smartphone is not possible due to the nature of the online exam.

Certificate

Upon passing the exam, each participant will receive a certificate as proof of qualification. If a participant fails the exam, an oral retest will be administered immediately following the seminar.

Participants will receive the certificate via email after the seminar.

Information for Participants

The course will be conducted in German. Participants should therefore be able to understand the course content, as well as the instructor’s verbal explanations and instructions from technical support, to the greatest extent possible.
